Here is what you might need to make a claim
- Policy/reference number - so we can find you quickly in our system.
- Photos of damage.
- Details of the incident - date, time & what occurred.
- Any witness statements, if applicable.
- Police report number, if applicable.
- Quotes for repair of damage, if you already have them.
- Any invoices you have paid related to the claim.
Things to remember at the time of a claim

Don’t admit liability or fault – you may prejudice your claim and the insurer.

As per the policy terms, you are required to mitigate further losses. You must take appropriate and reasonable action immediately to ensure that you are not in breach of this duty, if you have not done so already.
